DealExtreme are Sparing no Efforts in Processing Orders

Some of customers maybe curious about how DealExtreme processes the orders and now we would like to invite you to have a visit in our fulfillment center.

DealExtreme staffs work 6*18 hours a week to handle a large number of orders which are coming from all over the world. Below are some pictures taken while they’re working.

    Thanks for the post. Its interessing to know how DX works. I ordered an DS and unfortunaly it cames with a little brocken piece in one of the sides, what mades me do not order others DSs has planed. I hope the delivery services get better.

    It looks really nice the process but i want to see more, is it possible?. In other things you have never failed me (let´s hope stills that way).Take a LONG LONG time for the goods to arrive but thats not a bad point for you is a bad point for “PO” around the world.

    Like thousands of customers out there, I was curious to see how things are processed within DX. Impressive logistics, people.

    I would like to see more, of course. How about the inbound logistics there? I suppose you don’t have to keep a very large inventory, and probably ask your vendors to deliver the goods just-in-time, right?

    Anyhow, thank you for sharing part of the backstage secrets with us.

  13. My only experience is that you took the money and I never, NEVER, got my order. Then I got to deal with your rotten customer service system. My experience, you guys suck.

    So you don’t track packages, you must be so proud of that.

    Do your workers work 18 hours shifts 6 days a week?

  16. This was really neat. I always wondered if DX stocked items or just did 0 inventory all the time.

    It’d be great to see more pics, esp. of the process & warehouse. Maybe a quick vid showing a single order start to finish? That would be really interesting.
